HOW DOES IT WORK?
Upon purchase you will be sent to you containing a link to download the mobile app (available for iOS & Android) & setup your custom dashboard where you will have access to you workout plans immediately.
If you purchased a customized plan you will also be emailed a new client intake + program design questionnaire to fill out & email back to me.
Upon receipt of the completed questionnaire, your program will be designed within 5 business days. Please allow an extra 24-48 hours for plans purchased on weekends.
HOW SOON CAN I START MY PLAN?
Unless otherwise dictated by your schedule I design all workout plans to begin on Monday.
DO I NEED A GYM MEMBERSHIP?
DO I NEED EQUIPMENT IF I WORKOUT FROM HOME?
For some plans you will need a few pieces of equipment such as mini loop bands or dumbbells. Each program description tells you what you need. For customized plans I design the program around the equipment that you have access to.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?
If you adhere to the program and eat a healthy, balanced diet of whole foods with the right portion sizes I guarantee you will see results within the first month. However, if you looking to achieve a true transformation you should commit to 12 weeks with any exercise regimen you choose.
HOW CAN I BE SURE I’M DOING THE EXERCISES CORRECTLY?
Each exercise has a video demonstration and detailed step by step instructions on how to properly perform each exercise. I always recommend performing your exercises in front of a mirror if possible as this is some of the best immediate feedback you can get. If you are still uncomfortable, you might want to consider purchasing the Platinum Plan which offers 1-on-1 form evaluations.
